I didn't have such a good experience here! I had a difficult time exchanging a pair of shoes that had a manufacturer defect! The shoes were in excellent shape besides the fact the shoe soles were coming unglued from the leather! See pictures for details! I have 3 colors of this Cole Haan shoe! The purchase was under 30 days and I had the receipt and was still having a problem trying to exchange them for the same shoes! I should have never received pushback on exchanging or returning an item that has a manufacturer defect especially when it's been within 30 days and I have the receipt! The manufacturer will reimburse Dillard's for any manufacturer defect! Buyer Beware! Don't let anyone try to tell you anything different from what the return policy says in black and white on their website and blue and white on the back of their receipt! My item was exchanged but not after standing up for the return policy and procedures that were put in place by Dillard to be followed!

This Dilliards was beautiful and has a lot of great dresses with all sizes!!! Not overcrowded. Had enough workers and had lots to choose from!! So happy with the experience and even had help with everything I was purchasing!!! Will definitely come back and spend all my money 🤣 (husbands) found a wonderful outfit for a Christmas party last minute! Will definitely come back💕

Top notch in clothing choices for all ages and sizes. One of the few department stores that has a well stocked petite section with actual employees. Such a treat! Has atmosphere and inventory neat and not in shambles like some other department stores.

I just went to Dillard’s with my mom and everyone there was so nice and friendly! Definitely made my day to see everyone’s friendly faces :). Especially the lady at the gift wrap counter, who sadly I didn’t get the name of.

Great place, clean and well kept. This location is fun to go shopping in because the employees didn't keep bugging us with what we needed. They were there but let us look around and try on suites. We were looking for suites for my son and they respected our space.

Worse customer service. Manger is no help when I’m trying to explain my situation with a return just basically laughed in my face with his two other employees, giggling and kept saying no. I finally was able to talk to someone else and got helped.
